   As of my knowledge cutoff in 2021, there is no official announcement regarding the release of a Realme 9 5G smartphone. However, Realme has released multiple 5G smartphones in 2021, including the Realme 8 5G and Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5G.

The Realme 8 5G features a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate, a MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset, up to 8GB of RAM, and up to 128GB of internal storage. It has a triple-camera setup on the back, consisting of a 48-megapixel main camera, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. It also has a 16-megapixel front-facing camera and a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging.

The Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5G features a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a MediaTek Dimensity 800U chipset, up to 8GB of RAM, and up to 128GB of internal storage. It has a triple-camera setup on the back, consisting of a 48-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. It also has a 16-megapixel front-facing camera and a 5,000mAh battery with 30W fast charging.

It is unclear if Realme will release a Realme 9 5G in the future.
